Free software, no warranty

Bocha Voice is provided free of charge and as is, without warranty of any kind. Recognition can contain mistakes, so check the text before you use or send it.

Early build

The current build is distributed without Apple notarization. macOS may block the first launch; the standard way to allow it is in System Settings → Privacy & Security, and only if you trust the source. Running it on another Mac has not been verified.

Third-party components

The app is built on Pantela Voice under the MIT licence and uses third-party components and speech models that keep their own licences. The notices ship inside the app.

Names and trademarks

Apple, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Hugging Face and FluidInference are trademarks of their owners. Their names describe compatibility and components, and do not imply endorsement.

Changes

These terms will change as the app moves from an early build to a public release. The date above marks the current version.
